We respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you use geminiconsultants.co.za. We follow the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses
  • Account details: your username, an encrypted password and your order history
  • Order and payment details: the items you buy, amounts paid and payment status. We do not store your full card details. They are handled by our payment provider, [payment provider]

5. Transfers outside South Africa

Some of our service providers may store or process information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we take steps to make sure your information is protected to a standard similar to POPIA, as POPIA requires.

10. Children

Our store is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
